Customer Service agent (CYHU)

(Permanent position/full-time/based at St-Hubert)

The Customer Service Agent will be a key player in the development of our customer experience at Chrono Aviation. He / she will stand out for his dedication, his desire to help, his enthusiasm and his ability to handle multiple files at once.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Respond in person, by phone or email to customer inquiries;

  • Receive and process customer requests by adequately targeting needs;

  • Take incoming calls to different departments;

  • Assemble, validate and send the contract to the customer;

  • Welcome and assist the customer during a departure (passenger registration, baggage weighing, etc.);

  • Ensure the intermediary between the operations of the Company and the client during the organization of a flight;

  • Validate customer satisfaction by following up on his experience;

  • Manage a complaint from a client and ensure proper follow-up.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, or higher

  • Mandatory Bilingualism (English / French)

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service

  • Ability to handle multiple files at once

  • Excellent stress management

  • High relational skills

  • Sense of organization and rigor of work
