(Permanent, full time job/based in St-Hubert)
The supervisor will be at the heart of the operations of the new airport terminal of the Company! He / she will be in charge of the smooth running of the customer reception, the boarding procedures and the management of the team in place.
Reception and check-in of passengers at the boarding counter, weighing and identifying luggage;
Consolidation of the information collected in the database, forward the data via the computer system;
Insure a high quality customer service;
Coordinate operations from customer reception to passenger boarding;
Management of the staff; work tasks, schedules and approval of timesheets, approval of vacation periods and replacements, etc.
Must be at least 18 years of age;
High school degree minimum;
Must be willing and available to work flexible schedules, various shifts, changing schedules with little to no notice, delayed flights;
Must have at least 2 years customer service management experience;
All types of experience in the field of airport services and / or aviation will be strongly; considered;
Bilingualism (English / French);
High relational skills;
Ability to handle unexpected events and work under pressure.
